Atlanta

The Little Five Points section of the World Wall for Peace in Atlanta, GA (80’ long x 12’ tall). A trained Peace Wall Core of 17 worked over nine months to lead the tile painting of 2,000 6” tiles, helping to arrange, install, and dedicate the wall on July 18, 1996, in time for the Atlanta Olympic Games.

The Mandala Centerpiece - Soloist artists Patty O’Keefe Hutton, Ruth Showalter, and Lyn Moody orchestrated 70 artists, adults, children, and youth from the community to paint images of fish, animals, plants, and people on different strata of the Mandala Centerpiece.
